    Comparison on Dichloroacetic Acid Determination in Disinfection By-products for Drinking Water with Gas Chromatographic and Ion Chromatographic Methods

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨气相色谱法(GC)与离子色谱法(IC)检测饮用水消毒副产物中二氯乙酸(DCAA)的一致性。
      方法 对灵敏度、精密度、准确度等指标作比对,并对水样测定结果进行统计学分析。
      结果 两种方法均能较好地对饮用水中的二氯乙酸进行定性和定量分析,测定结果无显著性差异。
      结论 IC法线性范围宽,前处理简单,建议作为《生活饮用水标准检验方法消毒副产物指标》(GB/T 5750.10-2006)二氯乙酸检测方法的补充方法。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the consistence analytical result of dichloroacetic acid (DCAA), in disinfectant by-products for drinking water, detected by gas chromatography (GC) and ion chromatography(IC).
      Method The detection limit, accuracies, precisions, recovery rates and determination results of water samples were compared by t-test.
      Results The results of dichloroacetic acid in disinfectant by-products of drinking water determined by these two methods were comparable qualitatively and quantitatively, there was no significant difference between the results of these two methods.
      Conclusions The IC method for the determination of dichloroacetic acid has a wider linear range and is simple in pretreatment, which was suggested to add the method to the Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water-Disinfection By-products Parameters (GB/T 5750.10-2006).
