Abstract: The main component of hazy was the atmospheric aerosol composed of fine particulate matters. The emission of air pollutants in large amount was the internal cause of hazy weather, while harmful meteorological conditions and topographic features were the external cause of hazy weather. According to the causes of forming hazy weather and the administrative experience in foreign countries, a lot of corresponding measures for the prevention and control of hazy weather were put forward.
