    西安市空气质量与气象因素的典型相关分析

    Relationship between Meteorological Factors and Air Quality in Xi'an City

    • 摘要:
      目的 通过对2013年11月1日-2014年10月31日西安市空气污染指标,以及气象因素指标的分析,揭示西安市气象因素对空气污染物浓度的影响规律。
      方法 对研究期间AQI指数、PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO空气污染物水平进行统计描述;采用简单相关和典型相关分析,探讨空气主要污染物与气温、气湿、风速、气压、降雨量等气象因素之间的关系。
      结果 根据《环境空气质量标准》(GB 3095-2012)年均值二级标准,研究期间,① 西安市PM2.5和PM10年均值均超标,CO和SO2达到二级标准,而NO2略超过二级标准;② 西安市气压变化平稳,月均湿度在70%上下波动,秋季略高,风速全年较平稳,冬春季略低,降雨量表现为冬春季偏低,夏季略高,秋季明显增多;③ 简单相关分析表明,气温同AQI、PM2.5、PM10、CO、NO2和SO2均有显著的相关关系,相关系数均大于0.5;气湿与SO2的相关系数较大;风速与NO2的相关系数较大,接近0.5;气压与CO、NO2和SO2的相关系数较大,均大于0.5;降雨量与AQI、PM2.5、PM10、CO、NO2和SO2均有显著的相关关系,相关系数较小。④ 典型相关分析表明,气象因素中气温主要影响气态污染物的浓度,湿度主要影响PM2.5的浓度,而风速主要对NO2浓度产生较大影响,降雨量则主要影响的是颗粒态污染物的浓度。
      结论 在本研究期内,西安市空气质量与气象因素间有相关性。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective By means of an analysis on air pollution index and meteorological factors from November 1st, 2013 to October 31st, 2014 in Xi'an, to comprehensively reveal the relationship between meteorological factors and air pollutants.
      Methods Using statistical description to analyze the effect of meteorological factors, such as temperature, air humidity, wind speed, air pressure and rainfall on air pollutant index, such as AQI indices, PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, and CO. A canonical correlation method was used to obtain four pairs of typical variables for the correlation between air quality indices (W) and meteorological factors (V); then the relationship between the current status of air quality and meteorological factors was explored.
      Results Based on the average annual value of grade Ⅱ standard limit set in the Environmental air quality standard (GB 3095-2012), ① the average annual concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 were higher than the standard limit, CO and SO2 reached the grade Ⅱ standard limits, while NO2 was slightly higher than the grade Ⅱ standard limit in Xi'an. ② The change of air pressure was smoothly, the average monthly humidity was about 70%, the wind speed was relatively stable throughout the year, and the rainfall were low in winter and spring, slightly higher in summer, and obviously increased in autumn. ③ Simple correlation analysis shows the correlation coefficient between temperature and AQI, PM2.5, PM10, CO, NO2 and SO2 were more than 0.5; the correlation coefficient between air humidity and SO2 was higher than others; the correlation coefficient between wind speed and NO2 was 0.5; the correlation coefficients among air pressure and SO2, NO2 and CO were more than 0.5. The correlations of rainfall with AQI, PM2.5, PM10, CO, NO2 and SO2 were significant, too. ④ Canonical correlation analysis shows there was a relationship between meteorological factors and air quality; temperature has a major effect on concentration of gaseous pollutants; humidity has a major effect on concentration of PM2.5; wind speed has a major effect on concentration of NO2; and rainfall has main influence on concentration of particulate pollutants.
      Conclusion During the study, there was a correlation between air quality and meteorological factors in Xi'an.
