    银川市暖房从业者自测健康状况及其影响因素

    Self-evaluated Health Status of Greenhouse-workers and Relevant Influencing Factors in Yinchuan

      目的 了解银川市暖房种植人员的自测健康状况及其影响因素,为解决暖房种植者存在的健康问题提供参考依据。
      方法 采用系统整群抽样法对银川市兴庆区、金凤区和贺兰县448例暖房种植者进行入户面访问卷调查,调查内容包括自行设计的暖房种植人员健康调查问卷,自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)。
      结果 家庭人口数、年龄、婚姻状况、居住年限、文化程度、吃盐轻重、一年前是否患有医院诊断的病和伤、吸烟习惯、居住年限每年暖房工作天数与量表评分呈负相关;喷洒农药的方式、喷洒农药时戴口罩、接触农药后什么时间洗手与量表评分呈负相关;一天吃几顿饭、是否每天吃早餐、种植暖房的个数、喷洒农药时戴手套、穿防护服、接触农药后什么时候洗澡、换洗干净衣服与量表评分呈正相关。
      结论 暖房种植人员健康状况受多种因素影响。基于现状,应该采取适当措施,减小暖房微环境及人为因素对暖房种植人员身心的危害。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To investigate the self-evaluated health status of greenhouse-workers and relevant influencing factors in Yinchuan, and to provide scientific basis for investigating the health problem of greenhouse-workers.
      Methods The general demographic characteristics, lifestyle and working condition of 448 greenhouse-growers, selected by random cluster sampling method, were investigated by questionnaire, and were assessed by self-evaluated health measurement scale (SRHMS).
      Results Age, family size, marital status, years of residence, education, daily salt intake, the kind of disease being diagnosed in the last year, the way of spraying pesticides, smoking habit, days of working in greenhouse in a year and whether washing hands or not after working with pesticides or whether covered with mask or not while spraying pesticides were negatively correlated with the evaluation scale; having breakfast, the frequency of meals, wearing gloves while working with pesticides, the number of greenhouse, having bath and changing clothes after exposure to pesticides were positively correlated with the evaluation scale.
      Conclusions The health status of greenhouse-workers were influenced by various factors. Measures should be taken to reduce the harm of greenhouse micro environment and to improve man-made factors to protect the health of greenhouse-workers.
