    全自动流动注射法测定工作场所空气中氰化氢

    Determination of Hydrogen Cyanide in Workplaces Air by Automatic Flow Injection Analysis

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立全自动在线蒸馏流动注射法测定工作场所空气中氰化氢的方法。
      方法 工作场所空气中氰化氢被氢氧化钠吸收液吸收,采用全自动流动注射分析法,在全封闭体系中通过在线蒸馏、分离和显色进行测定,外标法定量。
      结果 氰化氢质量浓度在(0.001~0.080)μg/L范围内,标准曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 7;以采集空气样品2.0 L计算,最低检出浓度为0.30μg/m3;在模拟样品中各添加低、中、高3个质量浓度,测定的平均加标回收率为91.0%~99.8%。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~3.1%。
      结论 本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好,更适合于开展工作场所中氰化氢样品的大批量检测。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydrogen cyanide in the air at workplaces by automatic flow injection analysis.
      Method Hydrogen cyanide in air sample collected from workplaces was first absorbed in sodium hydroxide liquid, and then quantitatively detected by automatic flow injection analysis, which consisted of online distillation, separation and real-time coloration.
      Results The concentration of hydrogen cyanide in the air showed a good linear relationships in the range of(0.001~0.080) μg/L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 7. The minimum detectable concentration in a 2.0 L air sample was 0.000 30 mg/m3; the average recovery of standard addition for simulated air sample was 91.0%~99.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%~3.1%.
      Conclusion This method was proved to be simple with higher sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, it was suitable for the determination of hydrogen cyanide in the air at workplaces.
