    Analysis on Drinking Water Exposure in Wuxi Residents

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解无锡地区居民饮水暴露参数情况,为无锡地区居民饮水健康风险评价提供参数依据。
      方法 于2015年8月和12月,采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,在无锡市随机选取3个小区18岁及以上的成人居民进行饮用水暴露参数的调查,采用问卷调查和自填式日志相结合的方法获得饮用水相关情况。
      结果 无锡地区居民主要饮用自来水,以开水为主。日均饮水量中位数为1 510 mL,夏季(1 685 mL)高于冬季(1 355 mL),男性(1 658 mL)高于女性(1 373 mL)。不同年龄层的人群日均饮水量差异有统计学意义(H=27.329,P=0.000),以≥ 65岁年龄段为最高(1 649 mL),(18~24)岁年龄段最低(1 357 mL)。不同的BMI人群之间的日均饮水量有差异,以肥胖人群(BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2)人群最高(1 721 mL),偏瘦人群(BMI < 18.5 kg/m2)人群最低(1 256 mL)。无锡地区人群的日均涉水活动时间为40.8 min,夏季(45.9 min)明显高于冬季(37.4 min),女性(54.8 min)明显高于男性(31.4 min),在不同年龄段人群日均涉水活动时间有差异,以≥ 65岁年龄段为最高(68.6 min)。
      结论 无锡地区日均饮水量和涉水活动时间受多因素影响,在评价人体对污染物暴露和健康风险时应综合考虑各因素条件下的参数。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To acquire drinking water exposure parameters and provide basic data for assessing the exposure of waterborne pollutants and health risk in Wuxi.
      Method The drinking water relevant situation of adult residents over the age of 18 in three districts of Wuxi city was selected by stratified cluster sampling by random in August and December of 2015, and the drinking water exposure parameters were investigated by using self-administered questionnaire method.
      Results The drinking water of residents in Wuxi was mainly from boiled tap water. The median of average daily water intake was 1 510 mL. The daily water intake in summer (1 685 mL) was more than that in winter (1 355 mL). The average daily water intake in male (1 658 mL) was more than that in female (1 373 mL). The average daily water intake of residents among different age groups was different statistically (H=27.329, P=0.000), which was the highest in ≥ 65 year group (1 649 mL) and the lowest in(18~24) year group (1 357 mL). There was a significant difference on the average daily water consumption between obesity (BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2) (1 721 mL) and underweight people (BMI < 18.5 kg/m2) (1 256 mL). The average daily water contact time of residents was 40.8 min in Wuxi, which was significantly higher in summer (45.9 min) than that in winter (37.4 min) and was significantly higher in female (54.8min) than that in male (31.4 min). The average daily water contact time in ≥ 65 year group was the highest (68.6 min) in different age groups.
      Conclusion The daily water intake and water contact time in Wuxi was affected by multiple factors, while in the assessment of exposure to pollutants and health risks, the drinking water exposure parameters under each condition should be considered.
