    Hygienic Status of Public Articles Used in Barbershops and Beauty Salons

      目的  了解广州市越秀区理发美容场所公共用品的卫生状况。
      方法  用SPSS 21.0软件对2011年—2015年3511家理发美容场所公共用品的检测结果合格率进行χ2检验分析。
      结果 共检测理发、美容店3511家23143件样品,合格率97.13%。五年的合格率分别为:97.87%、98.00%、97.48%、96.65%和95.27% (P < 0.05)。不同检测项目合格率:菌落总数96.86%,大肠菌群98.65%,金黄色葡萄球菌99.99% (P < 0.05)。不同样品类别合格率:毛巾类95.60%,围布类97.68%,工具类99.55% (P < 0.05)。不同季节合格率:冬春季98.06%,夏秋季96.34% (P < 0.05)。不同场所合格率:理发店96.85%,美容店97.62% (P < 0.05)。
      结论  理发、美容公共场所公共用品总体卫生状况良好,夏秋季合格率低于冬春季,毛巾类合格率低于围布类和工具类。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the hygienic status of public articles used in barbershops and beauty salons in Yuexiu district, Guangzhou.
      Method The hygienic status of public articles in 3511 barbershops and beauty salons were analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 software with Chi-Square (χ2) test.
      Results A total of 23143 articles from 3511 barbershops and beauty salons were examined in 2011—2015. The overall qualified rate was 97.13%, along with the rates in the period from 2011 to 2015 were 97.87%, 98.00%, 97.48%, 96.65% and 95.27%, respectively (P < 0.05). The qualified rates of total bacteria count, coliforms and staphylococci were 96.86%, 98.65% and 99.99%, respectively (P < 0.05). The qualified rate of towel, clothes and tools were 95.60%, 97.68% and 99.55%, respectively (P < 0.05). In addition, the qualified rates in the seasons from winter to spring and those from summer to autumn were 98.06% and 96.34% respectively (P < 0.05).The qualified rates of barbershops and beauty salons were 96.85% and 97.62% respectively (P < 0.05).
      Conclusions The hygienic status of public articles in barbershops and beauty salons in the district were in good condition. The qualified rates in the summer to autumn seasons were lower than those in the winter to spring seasons, and the qualified rate of towels was lower than that of cloths and tools.
