    GC-MS Determination of Oak Moss and Tree Moss Extracts in Perfume Raw Materials and Perfumes

    • 摘要:
      目的 建立香精香水中橡苔提取物和树苔提取物的气相色谱-质谱方法。
      方法 对检出的各化合物采用NIST MS Search 2.0标准谱库进行初步鉴定(部分化合物与标准物质比对),以β-苔黑酚羧酸甲酯和赤星衣酸甲酯为橡苔提取物的特征指标,以二氢枞酸甲酯同分异构体为树苔提取物的特征指标,判断样品中橡苔提取物和树苔提取物的大致含量。
      结果 橡苔提取物和树苔提取物各分离出55种和30种化合物,其特征指标的相关系数在5 mg/L~100 mg/L范围内呈线性相关。对实际样品进行检测,判断一份香水中可能含有橡苔提取物,一份香水和两份香精中可能含有树苔提取物,经与外包装宣传或标识核对基本一致。
      结论 该方法能够用于香精香水中橡苔提取物和树苔提取物的初步判断。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To develop a method for the determination of oak moss and tree moss extracts in perfume raw materials and perfumes by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
      Methods The compounds of determinants were preliminary identified by the NIST MS Search 2.0 standard library (some compounds were compared with the standards).In order to determine the levels of these compounds, methyl β-orcinolcarboxylate and methyl haematommate were selected as the characteristic indicators for oak moss extract and methyl dihydroabietate was selected as the characteristic indicator for tree moss extract.
      Results 55 and 30 compounds were isolated from oak moss extract and tree moss extract, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the characteristic indicators is linearly dependent in the range of 5 mg/L~100 mg/L. According to the practical sample test results, it was estimated that one perfume sample may contain oak moss extract, one perfume sample and two perfume raw materials may contain tree moss extract. The results were generally in accordance with the distinction marks on the labels.
      Conclusion The method could be used for the determination of oak moss and tree moss extracts in perfume raw materials and perfumes.
