    饮用海水淡化水典型地区居民心血管疾病死亡情况分析

    Mortality Analysis on Cardiovascular Disease of Inhabitants Dringing Desalinated Seawater in a Representative Area

      目的 了解海水淡化水饮用典型地区居民的心血管疾病死亡情况,为淡化水安全性评估提供基础数据。
      方法 本文获取我国南方某县2008年-2012年水质监测数据及居民死因监测数据。水质监测数据以该县4家水厂出厂水为监测对象,每年7月和11月各采集检测一次,共采集水样40份,并按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)对检测结果进行评价和分析。死因监测数据应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。
      结果 出厂水水质监测指标符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)的要求,其中淡化水出厂水的平均总硬度为33.3 mg/L,与水库水相比明显偏低,且远低于生活饮用水标准规定的限值(450 mg/L)。2008年-2012年该县总体标化死亡率均低于全国水平,5年间基本保持在稳定水平。心血管疾病(CVD)位居该县居民死因第三位,次于恶性肿瘤和脑血管疾病;CVD粗死亡率为125.23人/10万人,标化死亡率为86.03人/10万人;5年间CVD死亡率没有明显变化(Cochran-Armitage趋势检验:Z=-0.71,P=0.24)。
      结论 淡化水出厂水水质指标符合生活饮用水卫生标准的要求,但淡化水出厂水硬度偏低。为确保淡化水的健康安全,需要进一步开展队列研究,追踪淡化水饮用人群的健康变化。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To explore the characteristics of cardiovascular disease of inhabitants using desalinated seawater as drinking water in a representative area.
      Methods The monitoring data of water quality and mortality surveillance from 2008-2012 in an island county of southern China were acquired.40 samples from four seawater desalination stations were collected in July and September each year.The evaluation of drinking-water quality was based on the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006).The descriptive epidemiological analysis was used on mortality data.
      Results The quality of finished water samples were in accordance with the sanitary standards for drinking water.However, the finished water showed a lower total hardness (average value was 33.3mg/L (CaCO3)) as compared with those from reservoir water.The standardized mortality rate of the county was lower than that of the national level, and had not changed significantly during the 5 years.Cardiovascular disease (CVD) was the third cause of death.The crude mortality of CVD was 125.23/105, the age-standardized rate was 86.03/105.There was no significant change in the mortality of CVD during the period (cochran-armitage trend test:Z=-0.71, P=0.24).
      Conclusions The quality of desalinated seawater is conform to the sanitary standards for drinking water, yet it has lower total hardness.Further cohort studies are needed to track health conditions of inhabitants in those areas and evaluate the safety of desalinated seawater.
