    Relationship between Drinking Water Type and Colorectal Cancer in China: a Meta-analysis

    • 摘要:
      目的 探究饮用水类型与结直肠癌患病风险的关系。
      方法 收集国内外饮用水类型与结直肠癌发病关系的文献,应用Meta分析方法对上述研究进行异质性检验和效应值合并,并进行亚组分析和敏感性分析。
      结果 饮用自来水和井水与结直肠癌无关联性,其合并OR/RR值及95%CI分别是0.860.63,1.19,0.490.18,1.13。饮用地表水是结直肠癌发生的危险因素,其合并OR/RR值及95%CI为2.591.05,6.37。
      结论 饮用地表水是结直肠癌的可能致癌因素之一。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To evaluate the relationship between the type of drinking water and the incidence of colorectal cancer.
      Methods All literatures on the relationship between the type of drinking water and the incidence of colorectal cancer were collected. Meta-analysis method was used to conduct heterogeneity test and the effect value combination, and to conduct group analysis and sensitivity analysis.
      Results No association between drinking tap water/well water and colorectal cancer was found, the tap and well water overall summary of OR/RR and 95%CI were 0.860.63, 1.19, 0.490.18, 1.13respedively. Drinking surface water was significantly associated with an increase of colorectal cancer risk, the overall summary was OR/RR=2.591.05, 6.37.
      Conclusion Drinking surface water was probably one of carcinogenic factors for colorectal cancer.
