    一起生活饮用水苯乙烯污染事件的处理和思考

    Treatment of a Styrene Pollution Incident in Drinking Water and its Thinking

    • 摘要:
      目的  掌握突发水污染事件应急处置措施,为类似事件的应急处置提供依据。
      方法  回顾分析一起突发水源苯乙烯污染事件调查处置及后续措施。
      结果  卫生、环保、供水调度监测中心等多方监测,提供数据支持;政府、水务、安监部门采取措施迅速降低水源污染物浓度;水厂采取措施去除可能进入制、配系统的污染物;政府通过公开的媒体发布事件进展,消除居民恐慌情绪。事件得到有效处理。
      结论  突发水污染事件后果严重,应急处置措施应考虑污染事件对人群健康影响,必要时果断停水,水源保护及制水工艺升级是防范水污染事件发生的根本途径。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To master the treatment of an emergent styrene pollution in drinking water and provide a basis for the treatment of similar emergent events.
      Method  Analyzing and reviewing the investigation data and following up the treatment of an incident on styrene pollution of water source.
      Results  The monitoring data were provided by the department of health, environmental protection, water affairs and other relevant departments; and the concentration of pollutants were reduced rapidly by control measures taken by local government, department of water affairs, safety supervision and other departments. Measures of removing potential pollutants in water purification and distribution system were taken by waterworks. The progress of the event was released in time by the government through public media to clear the panic mood of residents. The pollution accident was then under control.
      Conclusion  The consequence of the water pollution accident was serious. When working out an emergency package for an accidental event, the health of people must be taken into account; and cutting water supply should be considered immediately when necessary. Upgrading water source protection and the technology for water treatment system was the fundamental way of preventing water pollution incidents.
