    2011年-2015年济南市部分公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况分析

    Hygienic Status of Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places of JiNan City during 2011-2015

    • 摘要:
      目的  掌握济南市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况。
      方法  按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》对2011年-2015年度济南市127家公共场所集中空调通风系统进行检测和分析。
      结果  济南市公共场所集中空调通风系统合格率为51.2%,不同年份集中空调合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=417.3,P<0.01)。集中空调送风中细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为71.2%、85.4%;风管内表面积尘、细菌总数和真菌总数的合格率分别为98.4%、99.2%和100%;冷却塔冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率为30%,菌型以LP1为主,占58.3%。
      结论  济南市公共场所集中通风系统卫生合格率较低,应加强对通风系统的清洗和管理。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the hygienic status of centralized air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Jinan city.
      Methods  To detect and analyze hygienic indicators for central air conditioning ventilation system in 127 public places according to the Hygiene Specification for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Buildings.
      Result  The qualified rate for the central air-conditioning system in these 127 public places was 51.2%, and the qualified rates in each year was different (P<0.01). The qualified rate of total bacteria counts and total fungi counts in blasting air were 71.2% and 85.4%%, respectively. The qualified rate of dust amount, total bacteria counts and total fungi counts on the inner surface of air duct were 98.4%, 99.2%and 100%, respectively. The detection rate of legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 30% and LPl was the main type of Legionella pneumophila, accounting for 58.3%.
      Conclusion  The qualified rates of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places of Jinan was low; cleaning and managing ventilation system should be strengthened.
