    影响气相色谱-质谱法测定六六六和滴滴涕标准样品准确度的因素

    Factors Affecting BHC and DDT Determination in Standard Samples by GC/MS

      目的  采用气相色谱质谱法准确分析有机氯农药(六六六、滴滴涕)标准样品。
      方法  分别从溶剂效应、内标法和外标法的定量结果比较、仪器参数条件的波动影响以及选用不同的拟合曲线四个方面进行比较分析。
      结果  溶剂效应和仪器参数的波动是影响测定结果准确度的主要因素。
      结论  选用弱极性溶剂(正己烷、二氯甲烷)作为标准样品稀释溶剂或者样品溶液,采用内标法定量可提高气相色谱质谱法测定六六六、滴滴涕的准确度。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To improve the accuracy for determination of BHC and DDT in standard samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).
      Methods  Four affecting factors, including solvent effect, the comparison of internal and external standards, the fluctuation of instrument parameters and the selection of different fitting curves were analyzed.
      Results  Solvent effect and the fluctuation of instrument parameters were the major affecting factors.
      Conclusions  In order to improve the precision and accuracy for determination of BHC and DDT in samples, selecting smaller polar solvents, such as hexane and dichloromethane for dilution solvent, as well as using internal standard for quantification were recommended.
