    Toluene Diisocyanate Determination in Water by LC-MS/MS

    • 摘要:
      目的  建立水中2种甲苯二异氰酸酯异构体的痕量测定方法。
      方法  水中甲苯二异氰酸酯采用液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)直接测定,进样量为50μL,样品由T3柱分离,流动相为甲醇和水等度洗脱,串联质谱测定。方法考察了基体效应。
      结果  在质量浓度为0.01 ng/mL~10 ng/mL时线性关系良好相关系数大于0.995。不同水体中甲苯二异酯酸酯检出限为0.01 ng/mL~0.14 ng/mL,精密度在97%~100%,相对标准偏差小于5%。
      结论  应用该方法测定水中甲苯二异氰酸酯的含量,方法准确快速。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To develop a method of directly determining trace toluene diisocyanate in water by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
      Methods  A 50 μL water sample was directly injected into HPLC, separated by T3 column with isocratic elution of methanol and water, and detected by tandem mass spectrometry in MRM mode. The matrix effect of MS and HPLC was optimized and examined for 10 tap water samples.
      Results  The linear range for 6 kinds of estrogen was 0.01 ng/mL~10 ng/mL (r>0.995). The relative standard derivation was less than 5%. The recovery was 97%~100%.
      Conclusions  The advantage of this method was sensitive, fast and accurate. The method can be used to directly detect trace amount of toluene diisocyanate in water.
