    酶底物滤膜法和国标滤膜法检测水中大肠菌群的比较

    Comparison of Enzyme Substrate Membrane Filter Technique with Traditional Membrane Filter Methods for Coliforms Determlnation in Water Sample

    • 摘要:
      目的  比较酶底物滤膜法和标准滤膜法对水中大肠菌群检测结果的一致性。
      方法  采用《生活饮用水标准检验方法》滤膜法(GB/T 5750.12-2006)以及酶底物滤膜法检测实验室配制加标水样和地表水水样的大肠菌群,对结果进行统计学分析。
      结果  酶底物滤膜法和国标滤膜法,对实验室配制水样检测结果比较P=0.885(P>0.05),对地表水水样检测结果比较P=0.510(P>0.05),两种方法检测结果经配对t检验无统计学差异。
      结论  酶底物滤膜法操作简单、快速,可作为水质大肠菌群指标现场快速检测方法。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To compare the enzyme substrate membrane filter method with traditional membrane filter method for coliforms determination in water sample.
      Methods  Coliforms in standard water samples prepared in laboratory and surface water samples were determined by using these two methods and the results were compared statistically.
      Results  No significant difference was observed between these two methods for standard water samples prepared in laboratory (P=0.885>0.05) and surface water samples (P=0.510>0.05).
      Conclusion  The enzyme substrate membrane filter method was simple and practical to use, and was suitable for rapid determination of coliforms in water sample.
