Abstract:
Objectives To develope a rapid and accurate method for the qualitative analysis of food poisoning caused by toxic chemical, and to provide a reliable basis for incident prevention and control.
Method According to the field investigation and related information, the authors determined qualitatively the foxic pesticide by gas chromatograph-mass spectometer (GC-MS).
Result Carbofuram was determined qualitatively in the sample of steamed bread.
Conclusion The food poisoning pesticide was Carbofuron.
