    Carbofuran Quality Analysis in a Chemical Food Poisoning Incident

    • 摘要:
      目的  快速并准确地检测出引起食物中毒的有毒物质,为突发事件的防治提供依据。
      方法  根据现场流行病学调查怀疑为农药中毒,采用气相色谱质谱仪进行检测。
      结果  在馒头样品中检出克百威。
      结论  引起此次食物中毒的物质是克百威。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To develope a rapid and accurate method for the qualitative analysis of food poisoning caused by toxic chemical, and to provide a reliable basis for incident prevention and control.
      Method  According to the field investigation and related information, the authors determined qualitatively the foxic pesticide by gas chromatograph-mass spectometer (GC-MS).
      Result  Carbofuram was determined qualitatively in the sample of steamed bread.
      Conclusion  The food poisoning pesticide was Carbofuron.
