    两起由镀锌管引起的农村供水锌超标事件的调查

    Investigation of Two Zinc Pollution Cases Caused by Using Unqualified Galvanized Pipes in Rural Water Supply Project

    • 摘要:
      目的  通过两起锌指标超标的农村饮水安全工程调查分析,为确保饮用水安全和类似事件的调查处理提供参考。
      方法  对工程进行现场环境卫生学调查和采集各工程的水源水、末梢水、镀锌管浸泡水进行锌指标检测,对检测结果进行分析。
      结果  检测水源水2份、末梢水5份、镀锌管浸泡水1份,水源水锌指标检验结果均合格,末梢水和镀锌管浸泡水锌指标检验结果均超过相关标准的限值,超标1.1~3.6倍不等。
      结论  证实该地两起锌指标超标的工程均是由于使用了劣质镀锌管所致。建议相关部门对管材进行更换,在以后的工程建设中使用其他合格的管材,对相关指标进行检测合格后才供水。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  In order to ensure the safety of drinking water and provide basis for the investigation and treatment of similar incidents, an investigation and analysis on two zinc pollution cases in rural drinking water safety project was carried out.
      Methods  After an environmental hygiene in the field being investigated, the concentration of zinc in two source water samples, five terminal piped water samples and one water sample was soaked in galvanized pipes were determined. The detected results were compared.
      Results  The concentrations of zinc in two source water samples were qualified. The concentration of zinc in five terminal piped water samples and in one water sample was soaked in galvanized pipe were 1.1~3.6 times higher than that of relevant standard limit.
      Conclusions  The cause of two cases on zinc concentrations exceeded the set standard limit for water supply projects were the use of unqualified galvanized pipes. It was suggested that the unqualified pipeline should be replaced and qualified pipes should be used in the future, and the relevant water indicators should be examined before the supply of drinking water.
