    国产与进口微波消解罐测定背景值的比较

    Background Value Comparation of Domestic and Imported Microwave Digestion Tank

      目的 探讨国产微波消解罐是否满足环境监测的要求。
      方法 对国产微波消解罐进行不同的前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对其背景值进行测定,将测定值分别与进口消解罐比较。
      结果 采用传统清洗方法处理过的消解罐,国产消解罐除硒外,其余金属、类金属元素的背景值与进口消解罐均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且元素浓度值均高于进口消解罐;经微波消解处理后的国产石英罐,元素背景值与进口石英罐相比,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。
      结论 经本实验方法处理过的国产微波消解罐能满足环境监测的要求,适合大批量样品的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives To explore whether the quality of domestic microwave digestion tank could meet the requirements for environmental monitoring.
      Methods Using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer to measure the background value of domestic microwave digestion tank handled by different pretreatments, and then comparing the measured background values of domestic microwave digestion tank with those of imported digestion tank.
      Results The background values of domestic digestion tank treated by traditional cleaning method were significantly higher than the background values of imported quartz digestion tank (P<0.01) except for the element Se. After domestic digestion tank being treated by microwave digestion, there was no significant difference between the background values of imported quartz digestion tank and the domestic microwave digestion tank (P>0.05).
      Conclusions Using the method described in this experiment, the quality of domestic microwave digestion tank could meet the requirements for environmental monitoring. The lower cost for domestic microwave digestion tank makes the microwave digestion technique practicable for testing batch samples in environmental monitoring.
