    Current Situation on Quality and Safety of Bottled-drinking Water in Dazhou City

      目的  了解市售桶装饮用水质量安全现状,分析存在问题,为制定有效措施提供技术支持。
      方法  对达州市110份桶装饮用水样品分别按2014年版和2003年版的国家标准进行卫生学判定并比较分析。
      结果  所选择检测理化指标基本合格。分别按新老标准判定微生物指标合格率从42.73%上升至76.36%;本地产品合格率从38.89%上升至77.78%。铜绿假单胞菌与大肠菌群等重要指示菌阳性样品不存在重叠,且与菌落总数、真菌总数等其他微生物指标无相关性。
      结论  大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌污染饮用水的途径可能不同。微生物指标按照新老标准判定合格率差别较大,菌落总数在控制水质安全上仍有一定价值。本地生产企业要加强内部质量管理,控制菌落总数并掌握好消毒剂的使用量。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To understand the quality and safety of bottled drinking water available on the market, analyze the existed problems, and provide technical support for the development of effective measures.
      Methods  The quality of 110 bottled drinking-water samples were determined by and compared with the 2014 and 2003 edition of the hygienic standard of bottled water for drinking.
      Results  The physical and chemical indicators selected for examination in this study were qualified on the whole. The qualified rates of microbial indicators assessed by both the new and old standards increased from 42.73% to 76.36% respectively, the qualified rates of local products increased from 38.89% to 77.78% respectively. The important indicator bacteria of pseudomonas aeruginosa and E. coli, were not repeatedly appeared in the same sample; and P. aeruginosa and E. coliwhich were not correlated with other microbial indicators, such as the total numbers of colony and total numbers of other fungi.
      Conclusions  The ways of drinking water polluted by E. coli and P. aeruginosa might be different. The qualified rates of microbial indicators in drinking water assessed by bith the old and new standards were varied greatly. The examination on total numbers of colony still had some value in the control of water quality and safety. The internal quality management should be strengthened in local production enterprises to control the total numbers of colony and handle appropriately about the method for using disinfectants.
