    2013年丰台区PM2.5与居民呼吸系统疾病死亡的关系研究

    Relationship between PM2.5 Pollution and Respiratory Diseases Mortality in Fengtai District in 2013

    • 摘要: 目的 研究2013年北京市丰台区PM2.5对居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平的影响。方法 分析2013年北京市丰台区大气污染物PM2.5的污染情况、居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平以及气象状况,采用分布滞后非线性模型研究2013年北京市丰台区大气污染物PM2.5对居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平的影响。结果 北京市丰台区2013年大气PM2.5年平均质量浓度为100.92 μg/m3,居民呼吸系统疾病死亡人数为764人。大气PM2.5质量浓度与日平均相对湿度、居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平、女性居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05);大气PM2.5质量浓度与日平均气温、日平均气压、男性居民呼吸系统疾病死亡水平无相关性。在污染当天PM2.5每升高10 μg/m3,相对危险度RR值为1.0252(95%CI:1.0113~1.0393)。结论 2013年北京市丰台区PM2.5年平均质量浓度为100.92 μg/m3,超过国家规定二级标准的34.56%,居民呼吸系统疾病死亡数随着PM2.5质量浓度的升高而升高。

       

      Abstract: Objectives To explore the relationship between fine particle matters (PM2.5)in the ambient air and the mortality of respiratory diseases in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2013.Methods Describing the pollution of PM2.5, the mortality of respiratory diseases and meteorological factors, and analyzing their relevance in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2013. Establishing a distributed lag nonlinear model (DNLM)to explore the effect of PM2.5 on the mortality of respiratory diseases by controlling long-term trends and meteorological factors, and to analyze the association between PM2.5 pollution and the mortality of respiratory diseases.Results The average concentration of PM2.5 was 100.92 μg/m3, and there were 764 people died of respiratory diseases in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2013. The concentration of PM2.5 was positively correlated with daily average relative humidity, the total mortality of respiratory diseases and the mortality of respiratory diseases in the female (P<0.05). There was no correlation between the concentration of PM2.5 with daily average temperature, daily average air pressure and the mortality of respiratory diseases in the male. The rising of PM2.5 concentration on each 10 μg/m3, the relative risk (RR)for the death from respiratory diseases was 1.0252 (95%CI: 1.0113-1.0393)in the same day.Conclusions The average concentration of PM2.5 in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2013 was 100.92 μg/m3, which was 34.56% higher than that of the second level of national standard limits. The number of death from respiratory diseases was increased with the increase of PM2.5 concentration in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2013.
