    2011-2014年苏南某市公共场所集中空调水系统嗜肺军团菌污染状况分析

    Legionella Pneumophila Contamination in Condensed and Cooling Water of CACS at Public Places in Southern Jiangsu in 2011-2014

      目的  了解苏南某市公共场所集中空调水系统嗜肺军团菌污染的状况。
      方法  依照原卫生部2006年《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS 394-2012) 附录A和附录B中嗜肺军团菌检验方法进行检测。
      结果  2011-2014年共调查集中空调水系统公共场所单位98家, 不同年份集中空调水系统清洗消毒情况差异有统计学意义 (χ2=8.659, P < 0.05), 共采集空调系统冷却水和冷凝水样179份, 嗜肺军团菌阳性率22.9%, 分别为2011年30.4%、2012年36.4%、2013年9.7%, 2014年无嗜肺军团菌检出, 不同年份水样中嗜肺军团菌阳性率差异有统计学意义 (P < 0.01)。宾馆的101份水样中, 冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌阳性率分别为19.2%、28.6%;商场/超市的78份水样中, 冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌阳性率分别为21.9%、35.7%, 不同类别场所的冷却水和冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌阳性率差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。冷却水137份, 冷凝水42份, 嗜肺军团菌阳性率分别为20.4%、31.0%, 阳性率差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。
      结论  2014年和2013年公共场所集中空调水系统嗜肺军团菌阳性率较2011年和2012年有显著降低, 但仍存在一定的健康安全隐患, 应继续加强集中空调卫生管理。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To understand the contamination of legionella pneumophila in cooling and condensed water from centralized air conditioning system in public places in southern Jiangsu.
      Methods  Based on the methods in the Hygienic Specifications of Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Buildings (WS 394-2012), water samples were collected in 2011-2014 for the detection of legionella pneumophila.
      Results  The situation of cleaning and disinfection for centralized air conditioning system in 98 public places surveyed in 2011-2014 were significantly different.The detection rate of legionella pneumophila in 179 cooling and condensed water samples was 22.9%; which was 30.4% in 2011, 36.4% in 2012, 8.7% in 2013 and 0% in 2014.The detection rates of 101 cooling and condensed water samples collected from hotels were 19.2% and 28.6%, respectively; and the detection rates of 78 cooling and condensed water samples collected from shopping malls or supermarkets were 21.9% and 35.7%, respectively.The detection rate of 137 cooling water samples and 42 condensed water samples were 20.4% and 31.0%, respectively.
      Conclusions  Compared with those in 2011 and 2012, the detection rates of legionella pneumophila in 2013 and 2014 was reduced significantly.But there were still potential threats to the public health, the administration and management of centralized air conditioning system should continue to be strengthened.
