Abstract:
Objectives In order to make a collaborative definite value for standard soil samples, the competency of each pre-cooperative laboratory was evaluated by the certification of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).
Methods The content of organic chlorine pesticides (OCPs) in certified reference soil sample was tested by each of 16 pre-cooperative laboratories, and the results were compared statistically by Z scores to evaluate the ability of a laboratory.
Results The satisfactory rate for 17 kinds of OCPs in soil in 16 laboratories was 75% to 100%, and the average satisfactory rate was 88.5%.
Conclusions These 16 laboratories had competency of detecting OCPs in soil, and they could meet the requirements for CRMs certification.
