    Pathogenic Microorganism Contamination in Domestic Refrigerator

    • 摘要:
      目的  研究冰箱冷藏室致病微生物的污染现状。
      方法  2014年5-6月, 采集30台家用冰箱冷藏室内部, 每台冰箱采集3个样本, 4 h内送实验室进行致病微生物检测。
      结果  90份冰箱冷藏室样品中, 金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为7.78%, 大肠杆菌检出率为4.44%, 未检出沙门菌、志贺菌、李斯特菌和耶尔森菌。此外, 分离到49种条件致病菌。
      结论  冰箱冷藏室细菌种类较多, 存在安全隐患, 冰箱卫生问题需引起重视。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives  To investigate the contamination of pathogenic microorganism in domestic refrigerator.
      Methods  Three samples were collected from the inner surfaces of each refrigerator and 30 domestic refrigerators in Beijing were surveyed.Samples were delivered to laboratories in 4 hours for microbiological detection.
      Results  Staph.aureus was detected in 7.78% and E.coli in 4.44% of samples.Salmonella spp, Listeria monocytogenes and Yersinia enterocolitica were not detected.Forty nine conditional pathogens were identified in samples.
      Conclusion  The problem on the contamination of pathogenic microorganism in domestic refrigerator should be concerned.
