    锰致神经毒性的机制研究进展

    Mechanism Progress on Neurotoxicity Caused by Manganese

    • 摘要: 目的 锰是一种对于维持正常的细胞功能和新陈代谢具有重要作用的微量金属。然而积累过多的锰可能引起大脑功能退化紊乱,其引发的神经系统疾病被称为锰中毒。本文从氧化应激、线粒体损伤、对多巴胺能神经元损害、对内质网应激等方面综述锰致神经毒性机制的研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Manganese is a trace metal which plays an important role in maintaining normal cellular function and metabolism. However, the accumulation of excessive manganese may cause degenerative brain disorder; this kind of neurological disease was called manganism (manganese poisoning). The progress on the neurological mechanism of manganese induced oxidative stress, mitochondrial damage, the damage of dopamine neurons, and endoplasmic reticulum stress were summarized in this article.
