    贵阳市大气污染对小学生肺功能及局部非特异性免疫功能的影响

    Air Pollution Effect on Lung Function and Local Non-special Immunity of Pupils in Guiyang

      目的  探讨贵阳市大气污染对小学生肺功能和局部非特异性免疫功能的影响。
      方法  采用整群抽样的方法选择贵阳市污染区、相对清洁区小学的8~10岁小学生共530名进行肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气量(FEV1.0)、最大呼气中段流速(MMEF)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)和局部非特异性免疫功能指标(唾液溶菌酶)的测定。
      结果  污染区8岁组小学生的FVC、EFV1.0低于相对清洁区 (P<0.05);污染区9岁组小学生的FVC、PEF低于相对清洁区 (P<0.05);污染区10岁组小学生的FVC、FEV1.0、MMEF、PEF、MVV低于相对清洁区 (P<0.05);污染区9岁组小学生的唾液溶菌酶含量低于相对清洁区 (P<0.05)。小学生肺功能指标与年龄、性别、身高呈密切正相关,局部非特异性免疫功能指标与年龄呈密切正相关。
      结论  大气污染对小学生肺功能和局部非特异性免疫功能造成一定的影响,需注重大气污染的防控工作。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the effect of air pollution on lung function and local non-special immunity of pupils in Guiyang.
      Methods  Five hundred and thirty 8~10 year-old subjects living in polluted area or relative clean area in Guiyang city were selected by cluster sampling. The lung function of forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1.0), maximum mid-expiratory flow rate (MMEF), peak expiratory flow rate (PEF), maximum voluntary ventilation per minute (MVV), and local non-special immunity (saliva lysozyme) were measured.
      Results  FVC and EFV1.0 of 8 year-old pupils living in polluted area were significantly lower than those living in relative clean area (P <0.05). FVC and PEF of 9 year-old pupils living in polluted area were significantly lower than those living in relative clean area (P <0.05). FVC, FEV1.0, MMEF, PEF and MVV of 10 year-old pupils living in polluted area were significantly lower than those living in relative clean area(P <0.05). The activity of saliva lysozyme of 9 year-old pupils living in polluted area was significantly lower than those living in relative clean area (P <0.05). Lung function indexes were positively correlated with age, gender and body height. Local non-special immunity index was positively correlated with age.
      Conclusion  Air pollution might have effect on the lung function and local non-special immunity of pupils. More attention should be paid to the prevention and control of air pollution by relevant department of the government.
