    Evaluation on Source Water Quality for Constructing a Second Waterworks in Lianshui County

    • 摘要:
      目的 通过识别、分析与评价可能存在的饮水安全风险, 保障供水安全, 为县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门对该建设项目进行卫生许可提供技术支持。
      方法 对该水厂项目的水源地进行现场卫生学调查、类比分析、介水疾病调查、枯丰水期水源水质检测, 收集、整理和分析相关资料, 用WQI指数法依据《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002), 对水源水质进行综合评价与分级, 论证该项目的可行性。
      结果 经现场调查, 取水口上游10 km, 下游5 km农林牧副渔业、交通、生活、医源性污染经科学管理均不会影响水源水质, 取水口水源水质总体良好, 除粪大肠菌群、铁检测结果外其余指标达Ⅰ、Ⅱ类水质标准或合格, 符合卫生学要求, 可作为生活饮用水水源。
      结论 该项目设计在此处建设取水口, 作为城镇生活饮用水水源是可行的。

       

      Abstract:
      Objectives In order to ensure the safety of centralized water supply, to effectively control water-borne infectious diseases, endemic diseases, tumors and any outbreaks of other water-borne diseases, and to provide technical support for the second waterworks in Lianshui County, the potential risks for source water were identified, analyzed and evaluated.
      Methods Hygienic status of water source and the prevalence of water-borne diseases on the site of the project were investigated. The quality of source water samples both in dry and wet seasons were collected and analyzed, relevant information were sorted and evaluated. Based on the Environment Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), a WQI index.Method was used to make a comprehensive assessment and grade the quality of source water to demonstrate the feasibility of the project.
      Results Based on the on-site investigation, water samples from areas, covering farm, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, together with the influence of transportation, routine life of people and scientifically managed iatrogenic pollution around 10-kilometers upstream and 5-kilometers downstream of the water source, were collected and proved that no harmful effect on water quality. The quality of source water from the water intake was good generally, except fecal coliform bacteria and iron; the result of other indicators were in class Ⅰ or class Ⅱ, which meant that the source water in this site was qualified and basically met the requirement of hygienic standards and could be used as drinking water.
      Conclusions The project which designed to construct a water intake in this site as the source of urban drinking water was reasonable and feasible.
