    饮用水中百菌清、溴氰菊酯测定前处理方法探讨

    Pre-processing Method for Detecting Chlorothalonil and Deltamethrin in Drinking Water

    • 摘要:
      目的 探索准确快捷的前处理方法提取饮用水中百菌清、溴氰菊酯, 用气相色谱毛细管柱测定。
      方法 用乙腈对饮用水中的百菌清、溴氰菊酯提取一次后, OV-1701毛细管柱分离, 气相色谱ECD分析测定。
      结果 百菌清最低检测限为0.10 μg/L, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.2%~2.5%, 加标回收率为96.3%~102.4%;溴氰菊酯的最低检测限为0.47 μg/L, 相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.0%~4.7%, 加标回收率为97.1%~103.4%。在水样质量浓度为0.80~60.00 μg/L范围内, 百菌清相关系数为r=0.9989, 溴氰菊酯的相关系数为r=0.9975。
      结论 在该前处理条件下, 试样经气相色谱测定, 百菌清、溴氰菊酯有较好回收率和理想的重复性, 适用于饮用水的测定。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To explore an accurate and rapid pre-processing method for the extraction of chlorothalonil and deltamethrin in drinking water, which were detected by gas chromatography (GC) with capillary column.
      Methods Chlorothalonil and deltamethrin in drinking water were extracted once with acetonitrile, separated by OV-1701 capillary column and detected by GC ECD detector.
      Results In the detection of chlorothalonil in drinking water, the detection limit was 0.10 μg/L; the RSD were 5.2%~2.5%; the recoveries of standard addition were 96.3%~102.4%. In the detection of deltamethrin in drinking water, the detection limit was 0.47 μg/L; the RSD were 6.0%~4.7%; the recoveries of standard addition were 97.1%~103.4%. The correlation coefficient of chlorothalonil in the range of 0.80~60.00 μg/L was 0.9989 and the correlation coefficient of deltamethrin in the same range was 0.9975.
      Conclusion With this pre-processing methods, the recovery and repeatability of chlorothalonil and deltamethrin in drinking water samples detected by GC with capillary column was satisfactory.
