    邯郸市区空气污染现状及其防治措施

    Air Pollution and Prevention Measures in Handan

    • 摘要:
      目的 了解邯郸市区空气污染现状并提出防治措施。
      方法 调查邯郸市近几年来的产业结构状况, 对邯郸市区2006-2012年的空气主要污染物SO2、NO2、PM10进行分析。
      结果 2006-2012年期间邯郸市区空气SO2均值为0.050 mg/m3, 2006年和2007年超过了国家二级标准; PM10年平均值为0.099 mg/m3, 2006-2009年均超过国家二级标准, 2010-2012年符合国家二级标准; 2006-2012年期间, 邯郸市区NO2年均质量浓度值最大为2006年的0.038 mg/m3, 最小为2011年的0.025 mg/m3, 7年来均符合国家标准。2006-2012年各污染物的最大浓度均出现于冬季, 表现出冬季浓度大于夏季浓度的特点。
      结论 PM10是影响邯郸市区空气质量的首要污染物, 市区工业企业排放的废气、烟尘以及煤炭燃烧、交通、城市扬尘等是主要污染源。针对空气污染原因提出一系列防治措施, 为邯郸市空气污染防治提供依据。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the current situation of air pollution and the prevention and control of air pollution in Handan.
      Methods Investigating the industrial structure in recent years, analyzing the main pollutants, such as SO2, NO2 and PM10 in the air in 2006-2012.
      Results The average content of SO2was 0.050 mg/m3 in 2006-2012, which was higher than the national secondary standard in 2006 and 2007. The average content of PM10 was 0.099 mg/m3 in 2006-2012, which was higher than the national secondary standard in 2006-2009 and catch up to the national secondary standard in 2010-2012. The maximum value of NO2 appeared in 2006(0.038 mg/m3), and the minimum (0.025 mg/m3) appeared in 2011, the concentration of NO2 were in line with the national standard in 2006-2012. The maximum air pollutants appeared in the winter and the air pollution was more serious in winter than in summer.
      Conclusions PM10 was the primary air pollutant in Handan, which was mainly originated from industrial waste gas, soot emission, coal combustion, traffic and urbanization. Based on the source of pollutants in Handan, some useful measures for the prevention and control of air pollution were proposed.
