    Urea Determination in Water of Swimming Pools by CFI

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨一种方便、准确测定游泳池水中尿素的方法。方法 用连续流动注射分析方法测定游泳池水中尿素。结果 方法线性范围0.10~4.0 mg/L, 相关系数r值0.9997, 相对标准偏差为0.51%~2.9%, 最低方法检出限为0.021 mg/L, 回收率90.0%~110.0%。结论 使用流动注射仪测定游泳池水中的尿素, 简便、快捷、稳定、准确、灵敏度高, 符合尿素的检测要求。

       

      Abstract: Objective To develop a quick and accurate method for the determination of urea in swimming pool water, urea was detected by CFI. Method Using a continuous flow injector, urea was detected by CFI. Results The linear range was 0.10~4.0 mg/L; the correlation coefficient was 0.9997; the relative standard deviation was 0.51%~2.9%; the detection limit was 0.021 mg/L; the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.0%~110.0%. Conclusion Continuous flow injection analysis is simple, rapid, stable, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the determination of urea in swimming pool water.
