    Arsenic Determination in Urine by AFS with Microwave Digestion

    • 摘要: 目的 建立原子荧光快速测定尿砷的方法。方法 采用硝酸和双氧水消解样品, 不赶酸直接用去离子水定容, 优化仪器条件, 采用标准曲线法, 用原子荧光测定人尿中砷的浓度。结果 样品前处理改进后节省了时间, 此方法检出限为0.101 μg/L, 加标回收率为94.8%~101.6%, 相对标准偏差为1.94%。结论 本法结果准确、耗时少、用酸量少、操作简单, 可以作为日常检测人尿中砷的有效方法。

       

      Abstract: Objective To establish a fast method for detecting arsenic in urine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Samples were treated with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide and digested in a microwave digester, the volume was adjusted directly with deionized water without dispelling acid. The concentration of arsenic in urine was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry under optimal conditions. Results The improved procedure for sample pretreatment could accelerate the measurement of arsenic in urine; the lowest detection limit was 0.101 μg/L, the recovery was 94.8%~101.6%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.94%. Conclusions The result obtained by this method was accurate, less time-consuming, digested with less acid, and easy to operate. It could be used as an effective method for detecting arsenic in human urine.
