    母亲孕期苯暴露与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病关系的Meta分析

    Meta-analysis on Relationship between Benzene Exposure during Pregnancy and Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨母亲孕期不同途径苯暴露与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的关系。方法 通过国内外主要数据库检索到符合分析要求的14篇文献, 采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 母亲孕期有机溶剂、石油制品、居室装修暴露均能显著增加儿童患ALL的风险(OR=1.21, 95% CI:1.03~1.42;OR=1.66, 95%CI:1.24~2.23;OR=1.16, 95%CI:1.01~1.33);孕期吸烟与儿童ALL的关系尚不明确。结论 母亲孕期有机溶剂、石油制品、居室装修接触是儿童ALL的高危因素, 吸烟与儿童ALL的关系有待进一步研究。

       

      Abstract: Objective The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the controversial association between the benzene exposure during pregnancy and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods Fourteen relevant published articles were searched from domestic and foreign databases and the meta-analysis was performed after extracting data from included literatures. Results Benzene exposure during pregnancy could increase the risk of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL); the pooled odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was 1.21(1.03, 1.42) for solvent, 1.66(1.24, 2.23) for petroleum, and 1.16(1.01, 1.33) for house painting. No association was found between childhood ALL and smoking during pregnancy. Conclusions Benzene exposure in pregnancy is a risk factor for childhood leukemia, further research is necessary on the relationship between childhood ALL and smoking during pregnancy.
