    集中空调清洗对人群主观感受的影响

    Effect of Cleaning Central Air Conditioning System on Subjective Feeling of People

    • 摘要:
      目的 探讨空调清洗对人群健康可能产生的影响。
      方法 在2012年无锡市清洗集中空调通风系统的星级宾馆中, 选择两家宾馆的从业人员进行清洗前后主观感受的问卷调查分析。
      结果 清洗前后从业人员对工作场所室内空气质量打分的满分率(χ2=21.017, P1 < 0.001) 差异有统计学意义, 清洗后满分率明显提高。在清洗后1个月上班时间皮肤干燥、瘙痒、发红症状(χ2=9.062, P1=0.003) 和失眠、嗜睡(χ2=4.018, P1=0.045) 的发生率显著降低, 由宾馆内环境导致的鼻部刺激、鼻塞、流涕(χ2=5.546, P1=0.019)、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气喘(连续性校正后χ2=4.900, P1=0.027) 以及疲劳、注意力不集中(连续性校正后χ2=5.568, P1=0.018) 的发生率显著降低。
      结论 清洗后从业人员对工作场所室内空气质量的满意程度明显上升, 对人群健康有一定的促进作用。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the effect of washing central air conditioning system on human health.
      Method Subjective feeling of employees in two hotels and their health examination data were collected and analyzed before and after the central air conditioning systems being cleaned in 2012.
      Results The full mark rate estimated by employees on the indoor air quality in workplace was increased significantly after cleaning. The symptoms such as dry skin, pruritus and redness of skin and the feeling of insomnia or drowsiness were improved; the sensation of nasal stimulus, nasal congestion or running nose caused by the environment in the hotel was significantly improved; and the signs of cough, expectoration, chest distress and shortness of breath, as well as fatigue or not concentrating were improved after the central air conditioning system being cleaned.
      Conclusions The degree of satisfaction to indoor air quality in workplace estimated by employees was significantly increased after cleaning. Cleaning centralized air ventilation system can improve human health.
