    Meta-analysis on LP-contamination in Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Buildings on Level of LP Infection in Employees Therein

      目的 系统评价我国公共场所集中空调通风系统嗜肺军团菌污染对其从业人员嗜肺军团菌感染水平的影响。
      方法 检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库、维普资讯网和万方数据库, 收集2006-2014年发表的我国公共场所集中空调嗜肺军团菌污染对其从业人员嗜肺军团菌感染状况的研究文献, 采用R 3.0.1软件进行综合分析, 评价集中空调嗜肺军团菌污染对人群健康的影响。
      结果 16篇文献符合条件纳入研究, 暴露组人群嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率为16.01%(95% CI 9.18%~26.47%), 对照组人群嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率为9.60%(95% CI 5.10%~17.34%), 暴露组抗体阳性率是对照组的1.68倍, 差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。分层分析结果发现不同性别和不同年龄的从业人员嗜肺军团菌抗体水平差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05), 不同类别场所间从业人员嗜肺军团菌抗体水平差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), 其中超市工作人员的嗜肺军团菌抗体阳性率最高。
      结论 对我国公共场所集中空调嗜肺军团菌的控制和监督监测管理仍需加强。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To analyse the influence of legionella pneumophila (LP)-contamination in central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings on the level of LP infection in employees therein in China.
      Methods Studies about the hygienic indexes of central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings published during 2006-2014 were searched by PubMed, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databases. Pooled data were summarized by using a software R3.0.1 to evaluate the influence of LP-contamination in central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings on people's health.
      Results Sixteen studies were eligible to include in this meta-analysis. Serum LP antibody positive rate in the exposure group16.01% (95% CI 9.18%~26.47%) was 1.68 times higher than that in the control group9.60% (95% CI 5.10%~17.34%), P < 0.05. There were no statistical difference among different gender and age groups (P < 0.05), and there were statistical difference among different types of public places (P < 0.05) observed by stratified analysis. Serum LP antibody positive rate in the employee working in supermarket was the highest.
      Conclusion Enhancing the control and supervision of LP-contamination in central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings is still needed.
