    水蚤在污染生态学领域的应用进展

    Water Flea Application Progress in Pollution Ecology

    • 摘要: 作为环境生物学的一个分支, 污染生态学是研究生物与受污染的环境之间相互作用的机理和规律的学科。水蚤因具有生长周期短、个体小、对污染物敏感等特点, 是污染生态学领域的一种重要模式生物, 且在遗传发育、免疫疾病、细胞功能、生物大分子结构与功能等领域有重要的潜在应用价值。本文从生殖毒性、摄食率、生长率、行为变化及抗氧化酶活性评价指标, 简述了水蚤作为环境污染指示生物的研究状况, 为这一领域的后续研究及其在其他生物学领域的研究提供参考资料。

       

      Abstract: Being a branch of environmental biology, pollution ecology is a subject of studying the regular pattern of organisms and their polluted environment. Water flea has been widely used in the field of ecotoxicology due to its short growth cycle, small size and sensitive to pollutants. Water flea has also been proved to be potentially useful in genetic development, autoimmune diseases, and the structure and function of biological macromolecules. The status of using water flea as a biological indicator in the field of ecotoxicology based on the evaluation index such as reproductive toxicity, feeding rate, growth rate, behavior change and antioxidant enzyme activities was introduced briefly in this review. The purpose of this paper is to offer reference data for further research in ecotoxicology and other biological field.
