    Research Progress in Health Risks of Boron

    • 摘要: 硼是一种广泛存在的微量元素, 对于动植物的生长发育具有一定营养作用, 缺乏或过量摄入均会产生不良影响。随着硼及其化合物的大量应用, 硼的健康风险逐渐引起了全社会的广泛关注。本文根据近些年来硼的健康风险研究进展, 对硼的存在与分布、人群暴露、生物毒性、剂量-反应关系进行综述, 旨在为硼的健康风险评估及相关标准的制定研究提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Boron is a kind of trace element widely existed in the environment. It has certain nutritional effects on the growth and development of plant and animal, deficiency or excess intake of boron may lead to adverse effects. With the wild application of boron and its compounds, their health risks gradually caused extensive concern. Recent progress on the research in health risks of boron, including existence and distribution, exposure, biotoxicity and dose-response relationship was summarized in this paper, in order to provide references for health risk assessment and formulate relative standards for boron.
