目的 掌握某市农村饮用水安全工程项目实施后水质状况,及时采取应对措施并探讨管理策略。方法 选择有代表性的120处农村饮用水安全工程,分别在丰水期(8月)和枯水期(3月)按要求采集水质样品并检验,对监测数据进行收集分析、评价。结果 2010年某市农村饮用水工程水质细菌学指标中菌落总数合格率丰水期出厂水和末梢水分别为44.17%、29.17%;枯水期出厂水和末梢水合格率分别为70.83%、62.50%;总大肠菌群丰水期出厂水和末梢水合格率分别为70.00%、65.00%;枯水期出厂水和末梢水合格率分别91.67%、94.17%。检测项目中,除肉眼可见物、臭和味、锰、氯化物和砷5项指标全部合格外,其余项目均有不同程度超标。结论 某市农村饮用水安全工程水质存在一定的安全隐患,细菌学指标超标严重,加强消毒是亟待改善的技术措施。

Objective To understand the hygienic quality of rural drinking water after taking rural drinking water in the dry and wet season after rural drinking water security projects being enforced; in order to take countermeasures and investigate management strategies in time. Methods Selecting 120 rural drinking water security projects  and monitoring the quality of water from rural water plants in wet (August) and dry (March) season in 2010. The indexes including organoleptic, physical, chemical, and microbial indicators were detected, analyzed and assessed. Results The qualified rate of water finished from rural water plants and tap water on the total number of colonies was 44.17% and 29.17% in wet season and 70.83% and 62.50% in dry season, respectively; that on total coliform group was 70.00% and 65.00% in wet season and 91.67% and 94.17% in dry season, respectively. Except of visible objects, smell and taste, manganese, chloride and arsenic in drinking water being qualified, other monitored items, such as color, turbidity, iron, oxygen consumption, etc, were excessive in varying degrees of standard limits. Conclusions There is remained certain hygienic safety resk on the quality of rural drinking water after taking rural drinking water security projects. Increasing investment, enhancing training, strengthening supervision to ensure the hygienic quality of drinking water are the important technical measures to be improved.
