目的 为促进基本公共卫生服务均等化,保障农村饮水卫生安全,及时掌握我省农村饮水安全工程(RDWSP)卫生状况。方法 工程现场调查与水样检测,水质分析结果按《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)表4评价。结果 饮水安全工程水源类型以地表水为主,完全处理不到50%,部分处理中仅消毒的占16%,未处理的占17%;水质合格率枯水期高于丰水期,出厂水高于末梢水,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2010年最高合格率仅为44.27%;主要不合格项目是微生物指标中的菌落总数和大肠菌群。结论 建成后的饮水安全工程管理欠规范,有的管理主体不明确,消毒制度执行不彻底,水厂缺乏自检能力。

Objective To promote the equalization of basic public health services, to ensure the safety of drinking water in rural areas and to handle the sanitary status of word from Rural Drinking Water Safety Project (RDWSP) in Sichuan Province in time. Method The field investigation and water sample detection were conducted and the water quality analysis was assessed according to the table 4 in the Hygienic Standards for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2006). Result The main water supply investigated in the project was surface water, of which less than 50% was completely treated. Among the partly treated water portions, water samples only treated by disinfectants accounted for 16% and that without any treatment accounted for 17%. The qualified rate of water in dry season is higher than that in wet season, and the qualified rate of water from the outlet of water plants is higher than that of tap water. However, the qualified rate of water in 2010 was merely 44.27%. The main unqualified indicators were total bacteria and coliform counts. Conclusion The management of the water safety projects after building up was insufficient. The management subjects of some of the projects were not clear enough.  The execution of some disinfected systems was incomplete and lack of self-checking ability in some water plants.
